Preparation and delivery

Physical products are packed with love and dispatched once a week from Santander. Preparation and transit are separate timeframes. We will send a confirmation when your order leaves.

Destinations and rates

We are verifying destinations, Correos services and rates. They will appear here before the shop opens. We will not accept orders with unconfirmed shipping costs.

Returns and issues

For ordinary physical products, a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt applies where legally required. Specific return conditions and costs will be published before the shop opens.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a transit issue, contact us. We will help resolve it; choosing untracked delivery does not waive your rights.

Digital commissions follow a separate process. Their conditions and applicable withdrawal information will be available before payment.
