Purchase terms

One purchase, separate deliveries
An order can include physical products and digital commissions with a single payment. Shipment preparation and illustration work progress separately. Payment is confirmed only when verified by the payment provider.
Commissions and revisions
The expected turnaround is one to two weeks from payment. One revision is included at each sketch, line art and colour stage. Scope changes and revised dates are agreed with you. Requesting work to begin does not automatically remove any applicable legal rights.
Prices, invoices and cancellations
Final amounts and applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment. Sample catalogue prices are not an offer for sale. Tax, invoicing, return and cancellation terms must be validated before launch. No general ten-minute limit is set for exercising rights.
